Amber Fillerup of the lifestyle blog Barefoot Blonde fastened a single antler atop her golden retriever Chauncey a la how the Grinch Stole Christmas. Her one-year-old daughter, Rosie, looks very comfortable atop a Moroccan-style leather pouf, while Chauncey is nestled in a plush snow white rug.

Canadian interior designer Jillian Harris knows the significance of curb appeal. Last Christmas, she hung a pretty evergreen wreath on her door and draped a furry throw over her wooden front bench. The finishing touch? Her canine Cilantro Nacho, who is posed to greet holiday guests.

If you don’t have a fireplace but still want to hang stockings, follow interior designer Amber Lewis’s trick and dangle them from a stunning wood credenza. and instead of a common fabric tree skirt, Amber has her Christmas tree standing inside a wicker one that looks completely Scandi-chic. Her cat Stevie, meanwhile, looks comfortable lounging on a throw blanket.

Anyone can throw a Santa hat on their pooch and call it a day, but only Maria of the farmhouse-chic design shop dreamy Whites can make a calf look Christmas-ready. Maria tied tartan scarves on a rustic wood ladder and this cute calf, and outfitted the little pup in a holiday bow.
